What Happened?

So, um... rather than bore you with the circumstances of WHY there is no comic today (see: forgetfulness), what I will do, in it's stead, is point you in the direction of another little site I've been doing for quite some time that could sure use a little traffic boost. I just wrote something fresh, so it's got that going for it, and you can scour the back log for all kinds of cool flash fiction pieces done by Doug and I. Fair? Good. A BEER FOR BEEZLEBUB....THE BOOK!

That's right fans! We are doing our first tome of swimming upstream stuff and here's how the cover looks.



Anyway, you get the entire storyline including the now famous Neil Bryer strip that started it all. The book will be printed on heavy duty stock, in full color and comb bound for the unique DIY feel.
Now for your purchasing options;
There is the just the book option which is ten bucks out the door including postage. For that you get...well, the book.
Then there is the deluxe package which is the book with signatures from both creative geniuses and (insert drumroll here) a sketch by STEW! There will also be assorted other goodies lying in wait in the envelope, but those are a surprise.

ISSUE 99

Wow. Our 99th comic. Staggering, really. Well, I had to wrap up the silly and far too long Beer for Beezlebub story line and take the comic itself in the new direction it's going in in one fell swoop. I know, it's not exactly what seems best for our titular heroes, but the big 100 is tomorrow and then, well, you'll just have to hang around and see...

Well, today is the day I get to go see my family who's been gone since Friday! I'm super geeked! Okay, enough talk... here's the cool Photoshop, gotta go...

Tuesday, Afternoon

Chalk it up to laziness or something, I just didn't feel like drawing again yesterday. I did, however, feel like messin' with Photoshop again. And that's the good thing about having my own comic: I can do whatever I want! And so I did! And it was FUN! Hope ya like it!

Monday, Monday

Boy, what a long weekend. I dropped my wife and kids off at the camp ground they'll be staying at with family on Friday. They'll be gone through this week and, well, I already miss the noise and hustle and bustle of daily life around here. So much so, in fact, that it's tough to sleep. Seriously. You'd think it'd be the other way round, but it surely is not. So, even aside from that, I was busy doing stuff so I didn't get to a comic for today. However, I did mess around with Photoshop a bit yesterday and you get to see the results! This is all hand-made (clouds, drips, rain, window pane...) I think it turned out pretty cool. Enjoy and see you all tomorrow with a new comic.
